2. What the website offers
The website presents our services, indicative prices and work samples, and gives you ways to contact us. No purchases or payments are made through the website.
Sending the form, a phone call or a message does not bind you or us. An agreement for a job exists only once you accept a specific quote for a specific job.
3. Service area
We only serve Attica.
4. Prices and quotes
- Prices on the website are indicative and refer to typical cases. The actual price is set after we discuss the job with you, because that is the only way to calculate it properly. It depends on the job, the condition of the space, access and materials, and we tell you before we start.
- The minimum charge for a visit and small jobs starts at €30 - €40.
- For larger projects or builds, we give you a clear quote before any work starts.
- The business is exempt from VAT, so no VAT is added to the prices.
5. Materials
If you supply the materials (e.g. furniture, curtain rods, handles), we only handle the installation. Defects or missing parts in those materials are covered by the seller's or manufacturer's warranty. If we find that a material is not suitable, we will tell you before we go ahead. If we supply the materials, you will know their cost in advance.
6. Consumer rights
When an agreement is made at your property, the rules of Greek Law 2251/1994 on off-premises contracts apply, including the right of withdrawal where it is provided for. Before the job starts, we will inform you of the price, the terms and your rights.
7. Photos and material you send us
By sending photos or videos, you confirm that you have the right to do so. We use them only to assess the job and do not publish them without your consent.
8. Intellectual property
The texts, photos, logo and design of the website belong to us or are used with permission. They may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Liability for content
We make sure the information on the website is accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the website. This does not limit our liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
10. Third-party links
Links to other websites (e.g. Google) are there for your convenience. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
11. Dispute resolution and governing law
If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can resolve it. As a consumer, you can also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr), a body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes fall under the courts of Athens, without prejudice to the rules that protect consumers.
12. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the last update. Changes do not affect agreements already made.
